Maybe it's too much bandwidth or something, but anyone else think a chatbox would be sweet on the forums?

I'm sure there's a long list of reasons why not, including spamming etc., and I am on a lot of medication at present, but I though this would be cool.

chatbox? Is that anything like a cricket box? ...that you chat with?

I'd love to try somethign like this and it is... feasible - but it would only work if I moved the main board over to the system that the rest of the site is built on. That way, logging on would give you so much more than just a forum.

It's something I may explore early next year, but to be honest the rest of my spare time thins year is going to be spent building another website. Once that's in better shape, I'll be able to turn my hand to doing more with this one. In the meantime, if any budding webmasters fancy helping out on 2000AD review - feel free to let me know... Serious responses by email...
