Ok - just worked out how to do this...

I've set up RSS feeds for the new forum:
http://www.2000adreview.co.uk/forums/index...act=rssout&id=1

and the review forum:
http://www.2000adreview.co.uk/forums/index...act=rssout&id=2

So if anyone can work out how to use these (they work quite well in the google homepage) you'll always know when someone's left a new post...
